Natalie Bauge is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Natalie currently serves as a Real Estate Broker at Alchemy Real Estate since February 2022, where a data-driven approach is utilized in real estate transactions. Previously, Natalie held the position of Vice President of Sales at THOMAS JAMES HOMES from October 2021 to August 2022 and served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Isola Homes from October 2016 to October 2021, focusing on sustainable homebuilding. Earlier in the career, Natalie worked at Isola Capital Management LLC as a Lender in a real estate development company from September 2011 to October 2016, and began in the mortgage industry with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from April 1998 to January 2004. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from San Diego State University, completed between 1994 and 1996.
