Stanley Jones is an experienced engineering manager currently serving at Alchemy since December 2023. Previously, Stanley co-founded and led the experience at The Lifted Initiative, a mission-driven organization focused on usability and sustainability in decentralized technology. As Director of Engineering for Developer Experience at DFINITY, Stanley contributed to the launch of a decentralized protocol with an initial market cap over $50B. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Chartboost, where Stanley managed the monetization platform for mobile game developers, and Founder of Diligent Creative, assisting numerous mission-driven organizations. Early career highlights include a role as Senior Web Designer & Developer at Rainforest Action Network and design and development work at Purdue University. Stanley holds a BHA in Fine Art and Philosophy from Carnegie Mellon University.
