Sara Cotrona-Pinto has extensive experience in operations and training within the beauty industry. Since April 2019, Sara has served as the Director of Operations and Training at Alchemy 43, where leadership and operational efficiency are primary responsibilities. Prior to this role, Sara spent nearly six years at Drybar as the Regional Director of Operations, overseeing multiple locations and ensuring high standards of service.
