Jill Dunk has a diverse and extensive background in the beauty and retail industries, currently serving in a development role at Alchemy 43 since May 2022 and as President of Next in Beauty since October 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Sales for Spa Girl Cocktails, Partner at The Pienza Collective, and Business Development at AllWork, which focuses on on-demand freelance staffing for retail. Jill has also contributed as a Board Member for the Bay Area Beauty Association and held key positions such as Founding Partner at Mio and Mama Mio Skincare, Owner of Tikkit Group, and Executive Vice President of Sales at both Hard Candy and Urban Decay Cosmetics.
