Ryan Newsam is an experienced project manager with a strong background in customer operations and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Manager at Alchemmy since May 2022, Ryan previously held various roles at British Airways from February 2004 to May 2022, including Customer Operations Project Manager and Project Manager for Heathrow Development. Responsibilities included planning and delivering projects within corporate frameworks and implementing customer service improvements. Prior experience encompasses roles at CCG Trust Corporation as a Corporate Administrative Assistant and at Ernst & Young as an Assistant Corporate Administrator, where Ryan managed corporate secretarial services for a diverse client portfolio.
