Gaurav Choudhary is an experienced professional with a diverse background in maritime operations and coffee roasting. Currently serving as a Co-Founder and Coffee Roaster at Alchemist Roastery Coffee Company since January 2019, Gaurav transitioned from a maritime career that includes roles as a Navigating Officer at Executive Ship Management from February 2011 to July 2012 and as a Junior Engineer aboard M. V for Herald Maritime Services Pvt. Ltd. between September 2007 and February 2010. Gaurav's educational journey includes a degree from the Marine Engineering and Research Institute (2004-2007) and foundational studies at Maheshwari Public School, Ajmer (2001-2003) and Army Public School Nasirabad (1994-2001).
