Yaron Oliker is a technology executive with extensive experience in the field of software engineering and startup development. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Alchemiq.ai since January 2024, Yaron is focused on innovating newsrooms through human-AI augmented journalism. Previously, Yaron held the position of CEO at a stealth company and served as CEO and co-founder of Unbotify from March 2015 to September 2020. With a background in software engineering at IBM from July 2013 to March 2015, Yaron contributed to the development of a hardware verification tool and object-oriented programming. Yaron also co-founded a startup venture in natural language processing for stock market predictions, worked as a core software developer at ForNova, and was part of the software simulation team at EZchip. Yaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Haifa, awarded in 2008.
