Valentina Ghiselli is currently serving as the HR & CEO Personal Assistant at Alce Group since January 2021, where responsibilities include supporting the CEO, managing personnel administration, handling hiring processes, and overseeing mandatory training. Prior to this role, Valentina worked at Manpower from May 2018 to December 2020 as a Sales & Service Representative, focusing on recruitment, personnel administration, and managing training courses. Valentina also gained experience as an HR intern at Adecco from October 2017 to April 2018, where duties encompassed front office support and personnel selection. Valentina holds a Master's degree in Management & Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Services for Enterprises from Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale, complemented by a classical diploma from Liceo Classico Carlo Alberto.
