Justin Kumar currently serves as the HSSQE Coordinator at Alcatraz City Cruises, responsible for maintaining ISO and other certifications while developing green initiatives. In a concurrent role as Premium Concierge for the Golden State Warriors, Justin previously held positions as Ambassador and Guest Experience Representative, focusing on exceptional guest service at various events. Previous experience includes guest services roles with the San Francisco Giants and a cargo warehouse position at Swissport, along with internships at the Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley and San Francisco SPCA. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from San Jose State University.
