Jason Johnson is the current Vice President of Human Resources at ALC Schools. Jason has held this position since November of 2017. Prior to their current position, Jason was the Director of Human Resource Operations at Effectv from November 2017 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing a collaborative approach to HR operations in line with Effectv's workforce needs, culture, and values. Jason also led a team that provided HR services in support of HR operations objectives and ensured that HR was compliant with all state and federal laws and policies applicable to HR operations practices. Additionally, Jason served as a strategic partner and member of the HR leadership team, supporting projects, business processes, and workflow.

Before their time at Effectv, Jason was a Regional Director at the United States Air Force from August 2001 to June 2017. In this role, they oversaw all training system analyst functions for the Air Force. Additionally, they were responsible for managing a team of analysts who developed and implemented training programs for the Air Force.

Jason began their career as a Training System Analyst at the United States Air Force in August 1997. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing training programs for the Air Force. Additionally, they served as a liaison between the Air Force and other government agencies to ensure compliance with all training requirements.

Jason Johnson has a Master of Science in Engineering Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science & Leadership from the US Air Force Academy.
