Ronila Black is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Human Resources at Albertsons Companies since July 2020, Ronila previously held various senior HR roles at PepsiCo from September 2004 to July 2020, including Sr. HR Director for both PepsiCo and Frito-Lay NA, as well as HR Director and Sr. HR Manager, with a focus on supply chain support for five independent plants across the Pacific Northwest. Earlier in the career, Ronila worked as HR Manager at Target from March 2001 to September 2004. Education includes a recent program at Harvard Business School from November 2021 to May 2022 and studies at the University of the Pacific.
