Prashant Shrivastava is an experienced professional in software testing and automation, currently serving as a Test Lead at HCLTech for USAA, Inc. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Prashant worked as an Automation Lead and Analytics Automation Engineer at Kforce Inc., focusing on designing test strategies for Albertsons Companies, Inc. From January 2011 to April 2021, Prashant held positions at Tech Mahindra as an Automation Lead for T-Mobile and as a Technical Lead for AT&T and British Telecom, utilizing frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver and Appium. Earlier experience includes serving as a Test Engineer at Webdunia Pvt. Ltd. on a Microsoft project and as a QA at Systematix Infotech Pvt Ltd., where Prashant managed smaller teams and client interactions. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Guru Ghasidas University and has completed a diploma in Business Management, along with certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
