Amanda Ng is an experienced Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024 and has been with The Walt Disney Company since March 2019 as the Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator, overseeing operations for Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Amanda has utilized leadership skills to manage over 100 Cast Members and foster a strong teamwork culture. Previous experience includes an Operations Integration Internship, where Amanda supported operational enhancements and project management discussions. As Competition Coordinator, Amanda managed logistics for large-scale events in a multi-purpose sports complex, collaborating with prominent clients like Varsity and RunDisney. Amanda's career began with the Disney College Program, following a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
