Kent Bienert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and IT product delivery management. Currently serving as Manager of Product Delivery at Alberta Energy Regulator since January 2014, Kent builds and leads cross-functional teams to enhance software quality and drive business strategy. Kent has held various leadership positions within AER, including Manager of IT Product Support and Manager of IT Finance & Reporting, focusing on budgeting, cost control, and software system support. Previous roles include Financial Analyst at GRAHAM Construction, where Kent oversaw project reviews and financial reporting, and similar positions at the University of Calgary, Colt Geomatic Solutions Ltd., RockPointe Church, and RBC Dominion Securities. Kent holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary and completed the Canadian Securities Course.
