Venkata M. has extensive experience as an Operations Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst at AESO since April 2008, where responsibilities included creating and executing test plans, test cases, and methodologies for both manual and automated testing environments, along with conducting business analysis and acceptance testing. Prior to AESO, Venkata served as a Senior Software Engineer at CFC International India Services from September 2004 to October 2007. Venkata holds a Master of Computer Applications from Osmania University (1994-1997) and a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Statistics from Acharya Nagarjuna University (1991-1994).
