Thivya Viswanathan is a skilled Program Specialist currently serving as a Retrofit Accelerator Coach at Alberta Ecotrust Foundation since December 2023. In this role, Thivya provides coaching and feasibility study support to building owners in various sectors, facilitating project financing and contractor selection. Previous experience includes an Associate position at Dream Unlimited focused on managing green building certifications, and an Energy Analyst role at Elexicon Group, where Thivya analyzed energy consumption and GHG emissions for multi-unit residential clients. At Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association, energy audits and efficiency strategies were developed for commercial facilities. Thivya holds a Master of Engineering Leadership from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology in India.
