Ryan Conger is an experienced retail and operations manager with a diverse background in leadership roles at Albert Lee Appliance and Sears Holdings Corporation. Since June 2016, Ryan has progressed from Sales Associate to Store Manager at Albert Lee Appliance. At Sears, Ryan provided disciplined leadership as Store Manager and contributed to significant projects, including the development of a "Smart home" concept. Ryan's expertise extends to digital strategy and change management, having served as Market Digital Leader in multiple locations. Prior to these roles, Ryan gained foundational experience in the family janitorial business. Ryan's educational background includes studies in Psychology at the University of Washington and an Associate of Science degree from Wenatchee Valley College.
