Joe Holman is an experienced project manager currently serving in dual roles as Project Manager and Construction Quality Manager at Alberici Constructors since June 2008. In this capacity, Joe Holman oversees construction quality control for the East Back Reach Levee LPV-111 Reinforcement Project in New Orleans, LA, as part of the USACE Hurricane Protection initiative. Prior to this position, Joe Holman worked as a project manager at Design Systems Canada from November 1997 to May 2008. Joe Holman holds a degree from St. Clair College, where studies were completed between 1990 and 1993.
