Niek Ooteman is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and educational coordination. Since August 2010, Niek has been a Schoolopleider at Alberdingk Thijm Scholen, where responsibilities include teaching History and Human and Society subjects, as well as various leadership roles such as Coördinator of the AVO-vakken and the Mens en Maatschappij department. Prior experiences include teaching roles at REC 4-4 't Gooi Utrecht West Veluwe and Het Hooghuis, where Niek honed skills in economics, social studies, and practical education. Niek has pursued advanced education, obtaining a Master’s in Special Educational Needs and a Post HBO degree in educational leadership, complementing a Bachelor's degree in History.
