Heidi Tetri is a seasoned professional in the tourism industry, currently serving as a Board Member and founding member of Suomen Matkailumuotoilijat ry since August 2020, focusing on flexible travel design for businesses during and after the pandemic. With extensive experience as a My Helsinki guide and FAM trips guide at Helsinki Marketing since January 2015, Heidi has also worked as an experienced tour leader for Albatros Travel since March 2014, conducting various round trips and city breaks across Europe and Japan. Additional roles include tour guiding and leading biking and hiking tours with Temaresor since May 2013, as well as freelance tour guiding in Helsinki for Next Travel Finland Ltd and others. Previous positions in customer relations management at Blue1 and SAS Scandinavian Airlines, along with experience as a project coordinator and destination manager in earlier roles, complement Heidi's strong background in tourism and travel services. Education includes studies at the University of Turku, Helmi Business College, and the University of Helsinki.
