Faton Limani is an experienced educator and leadership development professional with a multifaceted career across various institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at UBT and a Teaching Assistant for Albanian Language Courses at Harvard University, Faton has also held roles as a Guest Lecturer at the Albanian-American Development Foundation and as a Leadership Instructor at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Faton is the Founder and CEO of Leadership Advancement Associates, providing innovative leadership training and consulting services. Additionally, Faton is the President and Founder of Albanian School – Illyria, the first free online platform for Albanian education. Previous roles include Department Administrator and Graduate and Undergraduate Studies Coordinator at Harvard University, as well as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Asia Center. Faton's academic credentials include a Master's Degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master's Degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Prishtina.
