Dafne Guerra Spencer is a Senior Associate at Albagli Zaliasnik, specializing in Regulatory Litigation, Life Sciences, and Competition Law. Prior to this role, Dafne worked independently as a Lawyer, handling civil, commercial, tax cases, and consumer law litigation. Dafne holds a Master's Degree in Specialized Economic Analysis from the Barcelona School of Economics, as well as a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
