Jiaqing Lu (Estelle) currently serves as the COO of the Plastic Recycling vertical at ALBA Group Asia, overseeing the P&L for the division and managing both existing operations and developmental projects. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Veolia China, where Jiaqing Lu directed the plastic recycling business line and developed strategic partnerships, as well as serving as Vice President of Development for Plastic Recycling in Asia. Jiaqing Lu has also held various marketing and project management positions in leading organizations such as Solvay, Nielsen, and Air Liquide, demonstrating a strong background in market analysis, business development, and innovation management within the recycling and sustainability sectors. Academic credentials include an Engineer's degree from AgroParisTech and a Bachelor of Science from Fudan University.
