Donald Lim is an experienced professional in the waste management and recycling industry, currently serving as General Manager at ALBA Integrated Waste Solutions (HK) Limited since March 2017, with a progressive career comprising various managerial roles. Prior to this position, Donald held the role of Group Operations Manager at Telecommunication and Multimedia Scrap Recycling, overseeing factory operations in three countries along with the associated profit and loss responsibilities from October 2010 to December 2016. Earlier in the career, Donald served as Operations Manager at Non Ferrous & Computer Recycling, managing multiple functions including purchasing, selling, logistics, and human resources from November 1998 to July 2007. Donald holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from Monash University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
