Mengxin Liu has a diverse background in software engineering and founding roles.

At Alauda, Inc., Mengxin served as an Expert Software Engineer and Founding Engineer, managing the Container Networking team and providing solutions for container CNIs, Ingress, LB, and other networking-related tasks. They also led the Kube-OVN project, focusing on its internationalization and commercialization. Prior to this, Mengxin held positions as a Staff Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer at the same company, where they created the open-source project Kube-OVN, managed the team, and developed various services related to container orchestration and networking.

Before joining Alauda, Inc., Mengxin worked at Alibaba.com as an SRE and at Amazon as an Intern SDE.

Mengxin Liu earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Peking University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Science and Technology Beijing from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: LFAI (Linux Foundation Authorised Instructor) in March 2018 and CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) in January 2018, both from The Linux Foundation.
