Ashwini Sukhdeve is an experienced design professional with a strong background in product design and user experience. Currently holding the position of Manager, Product Design at Alation since January 2021, Ashwini has also served as Lead Product Designer and Sr. Product Designer within the company. Concurrently, Ashwini is a Design Fellow at On Deck, a community focused on career acceleration for experienced designers. Prior to Alation, Ashwini was with Totango from April 2015 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing designers and enhancing user experiences across products. Ashwini's earlier roles included design leadership at Canvera Digital Technologies, consultation with major tech companies at Design For Use, and an internship at Logitech. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Design from the National Institute of Design and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
