Matthias H. is an experienced executive currently serving as President of Next Generation Infrastructure at Alat since October 2023, focusing on transforming digital infrastructure, driving energy transition, and enhancing industrial automation. Prior to this role, Matthias held several leadership positions, including President of the Installation Products Division at ABB from March 2019 to October 2023, and President & CEO of Digital Solutions and Chief Digital Officer at Baker Hughes from January 2016 to March 2019. Matthias's extensive background also includes roles at ABB, CounterPoint Capital Partners, Ryerson Inc., Platinum Equity, Roland Berger, SAP, and A.T. Kearney. Matthias holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the University of St.Gallen and an MBA from Universität des Saarlandes.
