The Law Enforcement Team at the Alaska State Troopers is responsible for maintaining public peace and order, enforcing criminal and traffic laws, and investigating violations of those laws. The team conducts search and rescue operations, supports other law enforcement and governmental agencies, investigates human abuse or neglect allegations, addresses citizen concerns, and ensures the provision of current and relevant training to law enforcement and criminal justice agencies. Team members include Criminal Justice Technicians, Sergeants, Lieutenants, Investigators, and State Troopers, all working collaboratively to uphold the mission of the Division.
