Leanne Rankin is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Reservations Manager for Consumer Direct at Pursuit Collection since July 2023. With a robust background in guest experience and reservations management, Leanne has held significant roles at Banff Gondola as the Assistant Guest Experience Manager since May 2018 and at Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge in various positions from November 2013 to May 2018, including Reservations & Inventory Manager and Corporate Meeting Sales Manager. Leanne began a career in the hospitality industry at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, where contributions were made as a Regional, Tour & Travel Sales Co-Ordinator from February 2004 to October 2013. Educationally, Leanne earned a degree in Travel & Tourism with a focus on Hospitality from Sheridan College between 1995 and 1997.
