Jennifer Chen is a seasoned professional in the airline and technology sectors, currently serving as the Principal of Loyalty Partnerships at Alaska Airlines since August 2023. Previously, Jennifer held multiple roles at Delta Air Lines from July 2015 to August 2023, including Product Manager for Customer Experience and In-Flight Wi-Fi, Program Delivery Manager for Commercial Enterprise, Product Owner for Sales Technology, and Analyst in Revenue Management. Early career experience includes an internship as a Logistics Analyst at Lear Corporation in 2014 and a position as a Data Analyst at Randstad in 2013.
