Dale Sande is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in UI/UX development and design systems. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Alaska Airlines since October 2018, Dale has made significant contributions to the Auro Design System's adoption and integration, enhancing development processes and standardizing UI components. Dale's prior roles include Senior Consultant at Another UI Guy Consulting, Senior Web Developer at Spiria, and Senior UX Engineer at Microsoft, among others. Dale's educational background includes a certification in Advanced Web Application from the University of Washington and an Associate's degree in Visual Communications from Madison College.
