Crista Stenson currently serves as a Principal Executive Recruiter and Recruiting Manager at Alaska Airlines since September 2016. Prior to this role, Crista gained extensive experience at Boeing from May 2005 to September 2016, holding positions such as Senior Executive Recruiter, Manager of Hiring Events & Employee On-boarding, College Recruiter, and Human Resource Generalist. Crista holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources from Washington State University and is an alumnus of Auburn High School.
