Anya Robyak is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Alarm.com since November 2019, Anya delivers comprehensive HR support while enhancing employee satisfaction and fostering productive work environments. Prior experience includes serving as Director of HR Business Partner and Director of International HR at Blackboard Inc., where Anya addressed workforce development and employee engagement for a global employee base. Anya began their career as a Human Resources Consultant at AMS, Inc., providing HR guidance to managers and employees across multiple business areas. Anya holds an MA in Human Resource Management from Marymount University and a BS in Management & Marketing from Virginia Tech.
