Mahmoud Bashah has extensive experience in broadcast engineering and media operations, currently serving as the Lead Media Flow at Alaraby TV Network since 2015. In this role, Mahmoud leads the Tech-Ops teams, supervises 27 employees, and ensures compliance with OFCOM regulations during significant live coverage events. Mahmoud has a proven track record in optimizing media workflows, implementing technology upgrades, and reducing costs by redesigning distribution networks. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Broadcast Engineer and a Regulatory and Spectrum Affairs Engineer at Nilesat, where Mahmoud developed critical applications for frequency coordination and compliance with telecommunications regulations. Academically, Mahmoud holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Cairo University.
