Penelope Johnson is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in design and management. Currently serving as Creative Lead & Studio Manager at ALAND since January 2024, Penelope previously held the position of National Senior Design Manager for Australia & New Zealand at Cushman & Wakefield from December 2013 to August 2023. Prior to this role, Penelope worked as a Senior Designer at The One Partnership from 2005 to 2013. Penelope holds a degree in Web Development & Design from Billy Blue College of Design and an Associate Diploma of Art in Graphic Design from TAFE NSW.
