Marek Połącarz is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in plant engineering and automation. Currently serving as a Plant Engineering Engineer at Nemak since January 2023, Marek is responsible for new plant investments, machine modernization, and project management for CAPEX projects. Prior to this role, Marek worked as an Automation Engineer at Agamon II, focusing on external maintenance and service across various industries. Previous positions include Electrician at P.H.U. ZIBI, where Marek specialized in electrical cabinet prefabrication, and Autonomous Maintenance Support at Marelli, where documentation and process design were key responsibilities. Marek holds a Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering and an Engineering degree in Automation and Robotics from Uniwersytet Bielsko-Bialski, complemented by a technical degree in Mechatronics.
