Tony Carbajal has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Tony started their career at Keane Inc as an Adobe Customer Service Representative, providing technical support for Adobe software. Tony then became an Adobe Technical Support Specialist, where they trained and mentored new employees and provided advanced problem-solving support.
Tony later worked at Riverdeep as a Technical Support Specialist, assisting with telephone tech support inquiries and software testing. Tony also served as a Quality Assurance Tester, identifying and reproducing problems with web and CD-based projects.
In 2003, Tony joined Corbis New York as an Account Executive/Customer Service, handling pricing requests, image research, and providing customer service. Tony later became a Sales Operations & Training specialist, supporting sales training and the transfer of company ownership. Tony also supervised a team of sales reps as a North America Sales Center Supervisor, implementing sales guidelines and contributing to the creation of new sales process documentation.
From 2016 to 2019, Tony worked at SilverHub Media as a Splash News Sales Operations and Finance executive, providing support for company ownership transfers, troubleshooting sales information, and assisting with daily billing, reporting, and sales tracking.
Most recently, in 2020, Tony joined Alamy as a Sales Administrative Executive.
Tony Carbajal attended The Art Institutes from 1989 to 1991, where they earned an Associate of Applied Arts degree in Illustration and Graphic Design.
