Ken Brendemihl is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in the restaurant and cinema industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema since November 2022, Ken previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Velvet Taco from September 2018 to November 2022. Prior to that, Ken was Vice President of Operations for the East Coast at California Pizza Kitchen from September 2013 to October 2019, and Market Partner at Texas Roadhouse from April 2010 to September 2013. Ken's earlier career includes significant roles at Brinker International as Regional VP of Operations for On the Border, and as Director of Operations at On the Border from 1999 to 2009. Ken holds a degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
