Previously, Rita held multiple roles at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk from February 2019, including Senior Corporate Secretary and Senior Relationship Manager Funding. Rita's career began at PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906, Tbk., where Rita worked as a Funding Officer for the Korean Desk from January 2013 to March 2017. Rita holds a Sarjana humaniora degree in Bahasa dan Sastra Jepang from the University of Indonesia, completed from 2008 to 2012.
