Osarieme Omokaro has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare field. Osarieme started their career at Alameda Health System as a Care Management - Community Health Outreach Worker, where they provided administrative leadership and managed the overall operations of the health clinic/medical practices. Osarieme then worked at Heelas Health Care Services Inc as a Practice Manager, handling budget allocation, program planning, and managing clinical programs and projects. Additionally, they served as the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Community Health Assistant Manager, where they planned, organized, and directed public health programs and community services. Osarieme also empowered and coached patients, clinical care teams, and community partners, and led the development and management of program plans. In a previous role as an SDOH Community Program Associate, they led a team in creating community change through campaigns and supported program evaluation and systemization of clinical processes. As a Community Health Organizer, they created, implemented, and evaluated population-based health programs and assisted patients in meeting their social determinant of health needs. Osarieme then joined Marie Star Home Health Services LLC as a Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Community Health Manager, where they managed community health activities and ensured compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
