Uriel Moreno, P.E. is an experienced Environmental Engineer currently employed at Alameda County Water District since March 2019. Previously, Uriel served as a Project Engineer at American Water from March 2015 to March 2019, overseeing various stages of capital projects and supporting operational troubleshooting. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Preston Pipelines Inc., where Uriel ensured compliance with project specifications and provided field support, as well as an Internship at California Water Service Company, focusing on the design and construction of capital projects. Uriel began the professional journey as a CAD Technician at Guida Surveying, analyzing field data for pipeline as-builts. Uriel holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, along with foundational studies in engineering at Cañada College.
