Tiffany Cheang has extensive experience in healthcare analytics and business intelligence. Tiffany started their career in 1997 at North American Medical Management, where they held various roles including Business Analysis Manager and Director of Decision Support Services. In 2002, they joined Blue Shield of California as the Director of Product and Marketing Analytics. After that, they worked at Health Net/MHN as the Director of Business Intelligence from 2004 to 2013. In 2013, they joined the Alameda Alliance for Health as the Sr. Director of Healthcare Business Analytics, and later held the positions of Executive Director, Healthcare Analytics and Chief Analytics Officer. Tiffany'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in data analysis and decision support in the healthcare industry.

Tiffany Cheang holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC San Diego. Tiffany also obtained a Master's degree in Health Services Administration with a focus on MPH from San Diego State University.
