Jorge Rosales, BSN, RN, PHN currently serves as the Manager of Case Management at Alameda Alliance for Health since February 2022. In this role, Jorge manages a staff of 25, with 12 direct reports. Responsibilities include developing training programs, data tracking tools, analyzing department productivity, making presentations to stakeholders, operationalizing new directives, audit preparation, staff coaching, annual reviews, timesheets, and coordinating with HR on staff issues. Previously, Jorge worked as a Complex Case Manager, RN with a caseload of 50 medically complex Medi-Cal patients and as a Staff Nurse II at Kaiser Permanente. Jorge's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from West Coast University and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Merritt College.
