Ramon Alonso is a highly experienced engineering professional with a solid background in system engineering and product development. Currently serving as System Engineering Manager and previously as Senior System Engineer at Alamar Biosciences, Inc., Ramon has demonstrated expertise in overseeing engineering projects and driving product development processes. Prior experience includes roles as Senior System Engineer at Rebus Biosystems and Talis Biomedical Corporation, contributing significantly to the development of the COVID-19 Talis One testing system. Prior to this, Ramon worked at General Motors in various capacities, including Controls Design and Development Engineer, where contributions ranged from improving thermal subsystems to developing control strategies for Fuel Cell Systems. A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering was obtained from the University of California, Berkeley.
