Julian Kappei is an experienced Implementation Consultant at Alaiko since March 2022, with a robust background in technical consulting and solution architecture from previous roles at ProGlove and Apple Retail Germany. At ProGlove, Kappei held the positions of Solution Architect EMEA, responsible for customer project management, product integrations, and close collaboration with software development teams, as well as serving as a Technical Account Manager focusing on DACH and Nordics regions. Key contributions include building a Salesforce-based Customer Self Service Platform and providing thorough support during the sales cycle. Earlier experience at Apple involved technical support and repair for iOS devices, with responsibilities in conflict management and customer service. Kappei holds educational qualifications from the University of Augsburg and Goethe University.
