Jessica Woods has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Jessica began their career in 2006 as a Cashier at Arby's Restaurant Group, where they provided customer service and prepared orders. Jessica then worked at The Kirklin Clinic as a Patient Encounter Representative for six years, assisting patients during their visits. In 2012, Jessica worked as an Overnight Stocker at Walmart, handling inventory management. Jessica later served as an Inventory Analyst at WIS International in 2013. Jessica then worked as a Front Office Assistant at Seale Harris Clinic and as a Food Preparation staff member at Project Hopewell. In 2016, they became a Billing & Coding Specialist at ARMS, handling medical record reviews and reimbursement claims. Jessica then transitioned to roles at Sam's Club and INTERNAL MEDICINE AFFILIATES,S.C., where they served as a Host and an Administrative Office Specialist, respectively. Currently, Jessica works as a Medical Receptionist at Alabama Oncology. Their responsibilities include office management, patient assistance, and typewriting medical documents.

Jessica Woods obtained their high school diploma from Pleasant Grove High School in 2000. Jessica then pursued a certification in Office Administration from Lawson State Community College-Bessemer Campus, which they completed between 2004 and 2006. Later, in 2015 and 2016, Jessica attended Brown Mackie College-Birmingham, where they received a diploma in Medical Insurance Specialist.
