Nathaniel Jackson is an experienced IT Systems Technician currently employed at the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency since July 2021. Prior to this role, Nathaniel worked as a System Administrator at SMS Data Products Group, Inc. and SOS International LLC, where skills included installation, configuration, and administration of various network servers and data backup systems.
