Kris Rawson possesses extensive experience in mission advancement and workforce development within the Goodwill Industries network. Currently serving as Vice President of Mission Advancement at Alabama Goodwill Industries since August 2023, Kris previously held the position of Vice President for Mission Services and Chief Missions Officer at Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc. from August 1998 to September 2023. Additionally, Kris began work at Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc. in 1997 as Director of Program and Workforce Development, contributing to the organization's mission-focused initiatives for over two decades.
