Tabitha Perry, CCAP, has extensive experience in the human services field, currently serving as the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Administrative Assistant and Emergency Service Program Coordinator at the Alabama Council On Human Relations since September 2016. Perry is also a HUD Certified Housing Counselor. Previously, from September 1993 to 2016, Perry held roles as Emergency Services Manager/Housing Counselor and Receptionist/Computer Clerk within the same organization. Tabitha holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in Psychology, from Auburn University at Montgomery.
