Leo Broks is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in land and site development. Since January 2015, Leo has served as a Senior Advisory Engineer at Al-Terra Engineering Ltd., providing mentorship and advisement while holding the role of Corporate Director. As Chairman of the Board and Senior Advisory Engineer at the same company since December 1976, Leo has significantly contributed to company management and the leadership of the land development team. Leo founded Al-Terra Engineering Ltd. in December 1976 and previously held the position of President until December 2010. Prior roles include manager and principal engineer at Nu West Engineering Affiliate and engineering positions at the City of Edmonton and Associated Engineering Ltd. Leo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta.
